Busy busy days. For those of you having problems following my everyday life I will give you a quick update now.

As I speak Im sitting in Kødbyen in Copenhagen finishing my last work before heading back to Norway for the weekend. Sunday evening im flying to Argentina to work as a contestant manager for Wipeout Winter 2011. Im lucky to work with a amazing team & I have a feeling that this is going to be the trip of the year.

2011 has been a boundbreaking year for this princess. It started in India. Firework, beach, hippies and chillout with the worlds best Guro Elisabeth Fagerli.
It continued with some challening but amazing months in our houseboat in Oslo.

As May came and the birds started singing I did a big change of carrier thanks to my best friend and angel, Espen Hilton. I started in Endemol Norway working with the bigbrother casting.

Check out the homepage www.bigbrother.no and see our amazing contestants in the house. A great season with tears, fun, frustration, sex & alcohol. Just how we like it.

It continued with a lot of traveling around Norway & Sweden.

And now here I am - in Denmark going to Argentina.

Five months ago I was standing in the corner of a huge flowerfield, it was flashing lights, cocktails and loud fantastic bollywood music surrounding me. In the middle of nowhere in India I entered 2011 with my very best G. We knew that it would an amazing start to a new boundbreaking year.

As sitting on the beach in Goa a few days after we discussed how we felt that this year would lead to something new and different, and it sure did. Its not very often we have deep conversations together, but the atmosphere made us talk about alot of different things.haha..

Come on guys.. I know it looks like a tacky postcard but its not! Its where we sat.. haha.. I promise! G took this picture :) Such a good photographer..
We are still the same chics we were five months ago, but two chics heading seperate but fantastic directions. One month is left on the ocean, untill we take off our safetyvests and move to the city again. I just wanna spread the love and respect to the world, that I own for Guro. She is such a tough girl and has taken a huge step the last months, desiding to quit her job to move and study in CAMBODIA!!! Only G can do that. Eco-tourism is entering Europe on fast-tracks and G will be one of the first to learn and know about it. Fantastic! Are you opening a hotel in Greece soon?

So to sum up 2011

SO FAR, boatlife, change of jobs, change of life and now more 6 exciting months to come. What more does 2011 has to offer? lets wait and see..

Its april and the sun is shining in my face. Sva magazine & a cup of hotchocolate at the table, computer in my lap and wind blowing in my hair. On deck.. The place you will find me for the next two months. Its crazy how time has passed so fast. It feels like yesterday we moved in. The struggle with cold and a month with no water makes it all worth it when I get days like this. Weekend of, waiting for my friends to come over for lunch. Fugazzi is the place to be tonight. The Juicy boys are rocking the top floor while Dj cake is filling the rooom with his circus techno vibes. I have a feeling this might be an amazing day. Pictures from last sunday. Well back from London. With hard days at the gym, stressful days at work and daydreams about Barcelona & sunny beaches I am getting back to my old self again. I think the last time I slept 5 hours in 3 days was when I went on a girlstrip to Turkey when I was 18. You might say GROW UP!! Well I say, ROCK ON!!

Great weekend with amazing people. A house packed with boys, drinks and champagne and.. guess what.. ME !! I was the lucky chosen girl to be part of a boys night. It went amazingly well, thanks to Hilton I think we discussed more fashion and Paris Hilton than what I do in girlsparty.

So as we speak about drama I might aswell continue on the same path. Am I too much to handle you think? Why is it so intiminating with focused,funny, smart and perfect women like me?! I dont get it..

You know you are single when the first thing you see when you wake up from a bad night sleep, is the toiletpaper roll right next to. Good morning sweetheart can u FUCK OFF?? What happened to the big strong arms holding me tight, a soft strong voice whisper in my ear, "dont worry sweetheart, you will recover today and be ready for a hell of a party with your friends in London tomorrow" .. WAKE UP!!!

Anyways, so I had a discussion with myself and the patient (Miss G) a few days ago. Do you belive in destiny?? Guys, to many things have happened the last weeks for me NOT to belive in destiny. Ill give u a short brief of what was a lifesavior out of the blue!

MOnday morning, 9 oclock. I standing at work pushing myself to the maximum to get through the day. The sweat is dripping from my whiteblue face and I know I should be home in bed. Its a hectic week and I cant allow myself to be sick. The only thing that would make me leave is if my boss told me to leave. A few hours passes and my boss comes over "Mia, go home recover, get better and come back" .. Puhhh thank god, thought I was gonna die if I had to complete the days. Before leaving work I call G. She is home with bad aches in her stomach.

As I enter the door to the boat I just hear gasps and screams from the lower section. I rush down and find poor G sitting on all four in bed gasping for air. The pain is unbearable and I have never seen a person suffer as much as this. After a little while she crawls up the stairway and limps her way out of the boat. Hospital next.

It turns out her gallblatter exploded and they had to do a rush surgery. Things turned out okey but the doctors stated that they dont know how it could have gone if she came in later.. = If I had pushed myself through the day at work (which was the plan) she would have lied at home with a open blatter not being able to do anything. THe pain was so strong she couldnt even call me at work.

That is why, ladies and gents, that I truly belive that destiny plays a part in our lifes. But when it comes to G and I, I think we transmitt messages to eachouther without even knowing. hehe.. Long live BFF`s

Shit wheres my bag?? London in two days.. Im in bed with high fever and a cold from hell! Ok I will recover, cause I have to.. No discussion please :) This has been a hectic week with me being more sick than ever and G got hospitalised. To give you the short story her gallblatter exploded and I have never seen someone with so much pain.. but she is recovering well from the surgery and I want to tell the world how proud I am of her and how positive she is.

Day 4 into the week and I can still feel the juicy vibes under my feet. What a weekend we had. Im glad this weekend will be more of a chill one with a blanket and a big bowl of Popcorn.

Juicy @ Blå is always good, but I have to admit that I miss the good old "Dj Chris Stallion & Patski Love" nights where one hit after the other moves the people around on the floor. Dance has never been my favorite but we always meet good friends at Blå and end up having a blast anyways! It seems to be a new trend that guys 4 - 5 years younger me starts flirting. Must be my new lipgloss from H&M. Great stuff!
Cheers guys. Lets pop the cava tomorrow and have some fun before Im having my first official "silent saturday" in weeks.

We`ve had great happenings the last year. President Obama came to visit, Eurovision and now the Championship in skiing and BOY DID WE DO GREAT. We showed the world gold with skis on our feet and with knife in our hands. Great sculptures from the Much paintings were exhibited in the city center of Oslo. I have to admit that the little patriot in me grew and blossomed during this week. CONGRATS OSLO / NORWAY ON GREAT effort :)

Boatlife is great, but we came to a point this winter where we nearly bounced of the walls. Entering our 3rd week without water and dishes filling up the kitchenbench we had no other choice than to think outside the box. We filled up the buckets and went to the servicehouse. I you cant bring the water to the boat, you bring the dishes to the water. Thank God we have solved the waterissue and are finally happy owners of water coming out of the sink. Which is by the way highly appriciated on a sunday morning.

It comes a day where you sit down in ur coach, look at the room and just smile. Today Ive had one of those days. People were dancing around me, the music was loud, the clock turned 00.00 and it was saturday night.. I was re-living my weekend-moments with my specials. And i came to think how unbelieveably lucky I am to be surrounded by such fantastic people. Yes boatlife is great, but it wouldnt be anything without my friends.

My best friends knows the unsensored Mia, they know my bad days as much as my good days. They understand when they need to step aside, but knows when to be there. My girls.. My girls only. They write my mum a message when its her birthday, they ask about my brothers kids as it they were the aunt themselves. Its my family, my family that Ive chosen myself.

It comes a day when you get into a relationship, the everyday routine kicks in more than before and sometimes you forget that you have friends around. Girls, lets make a promise. A promise to always travel, giggle, have girlsnights and go crazy on the dancefloor nomatter where we are, who we are with and what we are doing. Lets continue to be the perfect little family that we are.

Another wavy night at the harbor. Lying in my bed enjoying the lullaby-motions that are about to put me to sleep. Do you have any idea how good it feels? and how good you sleep? Its a harmonic feeling that you have to try atleast once in your life. Not my bed though. haha. After a good and actually inspirational day I can atleast say that I had way to much carrot,chips and dip. Girlstalk & catchup made us completely forget the communication between the head and the greedy hands.

Why was it inspirational? Ive spoken to 3 persons that just got promoted in their job today. Its so nice when you see they get payed for their super hard work. Everything is possible as long as you work hard for it and ofcourse smile while doing it. So Ive come to understand that I will make it out there in the big world. Watch out guys.. I will take u with a storm!! Im ready to explore, attack and embrase! 2011 is gonna be a fantastic and boundbreaking year. I CAN FEEL IT!!

A hangover morning.. Im half dead suntanning at the beach. Its 11 oclock and Palolem Beach is starting to recover from yesterdays party. "Mam, henna, nice jewelery? Very good price for you my friend! Where are you from? You are so pale mam" .. I close my eyes under my big shades and pretend Im asleep. One after one passes and blurps out the same phrases every minute. All needed is HALF an hour to sleep of yesterdays fun.

After a good hours powernap Im finally starting to get to myself. With a icecold dietcoke Im chilling at my sunbed as two girls passes by. "Good morning mam, tired from yesterdays party? You want to look at some jewelery to feel better?" At once I understand that theese are my type of girls.. so I smile and shake my head politely. Still not interested but they are worth my attention.

"Where are you from miss, you are so pale. I love your skin" My name is Monica, this is my sister Sheila, whats your name mam?" I look around, its still a tired morning. Not much happening, got time to kill. "Im Mia, from Norway.. nice to meet you Monica and Sheila"

The talk goes on and Im forced to look at their bag full of jewelry. As the hour passes rapidly Im starting to understand that theese two ladies are very sweet, not just desperate sellers strawling down the beach of Palolem. With "Very good price for you my friend" pounding through my head I kindly ask them to come back the next day. Yesterdays vodka & wine killed my shoppingmood.

The next morning Sheila limps over to my sun-bed. She looks tired, so I ask her to sit down as I order a bottle of icecold water for her. She shows me a big bondage around her leg. Its aching and gives her a horrible pain up her leg. She was in a car accident five weeks ago and got her leg smashed. Today is her 2nd day back at work. Its obvious that she should be in bed recovering. I ask her why she is back at work already. I already know the answer, but the curiosity to understand more of her life drives me to the leading question. " Im a mum for two boys. They are nine and elleven. Its been hard being home for a month, no money mam, no money when Im home. You see, my husband left me four years back. I alone have to support my family now" I take a deep breath.. How can I ask more without being rude?! " If you dont mind me asking, did your husband pas away?" She leans back in the sunbed and her postiure cleary weakens. I think this lady is carrying much more pain than what I can ever understand. "You see my friend, he dies four years ago. And from then my family turned my back to me. I have my sons and my sisters now. Its not good for a woman to be without a man. After that day I havent spoken to my parents". I push my shades extra hard to the nose. I can feel the tears are forcing through but Im trying to be cool. As the first tear drops on my chin Guro comes over. I turn quickly to her and ask her to talk to Sheila while I run in the water. As Guro dont know anything of our conversation she sits down confused as I walk down to the water. I splash water in my face while I focus to stop the tears. Its just to unfair.

How can a woman loose her husband and her family at the same day? How can she walk up and down the beach with a badly bruised leg when she should be in bed recovering? How does she find the strenght to send her children to school when bringing them to the beach is a much better option? The tears turn into crocodiletears and I embarrased to be crying like a baby in the water. I gather myself and walk up to our spot again. Sheila looks at me with a big smile "Are you okey my friend? Do you want to look at some jewelery now maybe?"

India stole my heart

People are rushing past me. The smell of coffee pentrates my nose as I sit here trying to close my eyes and drift back to India. Im currently at London Heathrow airport. Europeans have so much to learn. We rush past everything, we dont give ourselves time to stop up for a little second and enjoy our surroundings. After 3 weeks in India I have learned so much about values and culture ( the 2 things we need to adapt more into Norwegian "culture" ). I have met so many fantastic people that I will introduce you to one after one. Some stories made me cry, some amazed me, some tought me something and some just made me laugh my ass off. Am I being brutal when I say that its sad to be back? So long India & all my fantastic new friends there. See you all soon for a Palolem reunion.

Lost track of the days

Entering my second week at Palolem Beach in Goa,India. The sun is burning on my body, Im drinking water more than ever before. Waking up to the view of the sparkleclear ocean right outside my door is a view that is hard to put words on. Princess of Norway is still swimming in paradise. We have met so many fantastic people from all over the world. Ive been inspired and caught up in deep conversations about Hinduism, Indian culture and food and ofcourse loong nights where we share our stories with new friends. Ups, Lauren is here .. our new fantastic Aussie friend that is so Spiritual and positive that I cant do anything else but to smile when she starts sharing her stories. I have discovered Sangria in India.. Of to have a glass..

Hey guys..
Finally after a rough 40 hour day with no sleep, crazy bollywood dancing and 2 tikka masala plates after we have finally made it to GOA! Reporting live from paradise at Palolem beach.
Jaipur has been a fantastic experience. Words cant explain how nice it was meeting Sarah and Saerah Jane again, and ofcourse or dearest Nico! We have had a 3 day experience of something that is beyond paradise and all the nice things you can dream of. Palaces, 5star luxury hotels, lightshow in the mountain, new years at a big outdoor farm, driver here and driver there and dinner and breakfast served everyday. We had a rough entry to 2011 with no sleep for 40 hours. Thats what the queens do, they party all night, put on their lipgloss and go straight to the airport. We can now oficially say that Mr. Singh and the rest of his crew at the airport had a fresh start to their morning as we danced our way into to checkin 6 oclock this morning.

Now finally at Palolem Beach. As Guro has been here before I have heard alot about the place.. But havent been able to imagine how it is. And Im sorry to dissapoint you, but it is so beautiful here that I dont know how to explain it. 30 minutes after arriving we already made best friends with the Bungalo manager Sid and our man Dil who gave us our bungalo. Yamit is checking in in a couple of days and we are so excited to get to share this dream with him. Its a crazy contrast to travel from such a busy city like Dehli and Jaipur, and to come to such a chilledout and beautiful place like Palolem Beach. Guro is asleep right now but I was to excited to share with the world what we are experiencing and how amazing this is. I wish I never would need a realitycheck after this.

From Jaipur with love

Namaste dear friends! Im sure many of you have been waiting for reports from the Princess of Norway. Well as earlier assumed and mentioned the internet access isnt as easy as back home.

Arrival Dehli. Cloudy, the airport was closed the day before due to really bad weather. Noisy, the massive amount of people in one place was just shocking. Horns from cars, shoutouts from cows and voices mixed in to it all made a beautiful coctail of what I call ORGANIZED chaos! I was in a deep cultural shock for the first 7 hours of my trip. What was a well planned arrival to Dehli with departure to Jaipur only hours after, ended up being a rather chaotic start to our adventure. Train got cancelled, it was dark, we were in the Old town of Dehli (Not recomended after dark with all your money and your passport) and got a BIT stressed out of the situation. But worldknown as we are, we gathered our minds and got in to a cab around 20.00h to go to the airport.

A nice hour away from the city we happily jumped out of the cab and almost danced our way to the airport entrance. "Ticket mam" .. "ehh.. we dont have one?!?" "then you are not allowed to enter mam" .. FOR #$*(&#$ what do we do now? This is when my patinece really came to a test, but since Im travelling with fantastic G, we just looked at eachother, lit up a sigarett and started laughing. And thanks to that - our beautiful smiles.. a nice young man came over and started talking, and SWUCH before we knew it we were at a nice hotel next to the airport where they gave us a fresh room with shower and toilet ( thats not a OFCOURSE in this country) , the receptionist helped us with the busplanning to get to Jaipur the next day.. so ladies and gentleman.. HERE I AM!! In Sarah Abrahams fantastic house, with the one and only Saerah Jane, Sarah, Guro and Nico.. And Im happy to announce that I am wildy in love with the girls, Jaipur, Indian Flavours, Organized Chaos, Holy cows and everything else that comes along with India!! Have to go, breakfast and elephant riding next!!

Ps. Its winter here in the North and Im travelling with only summerclothes ( didnt know it could be winter on one side of the country and summer on the other).. so that in itselves just shows how well this trip was planned. All of this ofcourse equals and proves that I HAVENT STARTED on the TANNING part yet.

What a week.. Packing summerclothes, wrapping xmas presents, cleaning the boat, visiting family, working, eating xmas food here and there and then finally we met christmas day. A lot of preparation for ONE day, but yet it was a perfect day. Wonderful christmas weather, cold but clearblue sky, nice food and perfect company. Thanks to all of you for understanding that a 3week holliday in India requires extra pocketmoney and a Mp3 player..

Christmas silence

Its a stormy day outside.. But on the inside its all warmth. The loveboat is filled up with candlelights, and the sound of Ahmir is pounding in the walls. Im home alone.. just chillin.. trying to enjoy the silence. Its this weekend of the year where most of the inhabitants of Oslo switch places. Old ones come back to mum and dad.. while my friends are travelling up north to meet their lovedones. Im blessed to have my family close all year long (except my mum and brother D) so Im celebrating Xmas in Oslo this year.. Merry merry Xmas family in Mo i Rana and New York. Wish we all could be together.

One year has passed so fast. We will be entering a new year within two weeks. Ive felt love in so many different aspects. I enjoyed a beauitful year with my x.. two beautiful twins was born in to the family. I am so proud of my brothers and the beautiful angels they have put on earth. Ive met so many wonderful new faces this year and have been lucky to work in a place where people make me laugh every single day. Ive traveled and met old friends again and last but not least, I live on a boat. A year full of adventure and new challenges has passed and a even more interesting is waiting right around the corner.

Im entering my 50th hour sick at home. Yesterday it started of with a really bad cold and a little fever. I was optimistic when I went to bed that TODAY would be a BETTER day, but I woke up worse. If you can tell me one thing that is more boring than staying home from work - ill give u a round of applause. Im now coming to realise that life without TV channels is harder than I thought. And a internet so slow that youtube wont even buffer doesnt really help.

Still just a ordinary birthdayparty. Well ordinary might be the wrong word to use. Extraordinary when it comes to my group of friends. We are all happy, all single, we all enjoy life like there`s no tomorrow. And our biggest duties on sundays are to clean up yesterdays party, be hangover together in our pyjamas and laugh about yesterdays event. Still no babies, still no weddings... Pure fun with the besties!

Our december girl was the one and only Guro Elisabeth Fagerli. A blossoming flower whom Im very lucky to spend every day with.. in the boat, on the phone, at the parties and even on skype allthough we live together. She turned the nice age of 27, and ofcourse we had to rock the night away in honor to her.

Thanks for a lovely night guys.. some great memories, somethings we just want to forget, and some flashbacks that we just put in the secret box. But all in all a great party with a great group of friends for life.

Have you ever had that feeling that u get butterflies in ur stomach? You laugh uncontrolably for NO reason what so ever?.. You have a feeling of being in love, but your not.. I`ve had that feeling for the last days, could it be the boat? I find myself smiling and giggling for myself, I want to enjoy a glass of wine just for the the taste of it, I actually plan my weekends outfit already. Whats going on? You dedicate 2 hours of your afternoon just to go to IKEA to buy candlelights.. Fall is here. Isnt it fantastic? Its that middleseason feeling, the temptation of having a girlsnight at home with wine and candlelights.. the temptation of spending a saturdaynight home with that very special. Summer is over, no more rushing to the park, no more long hours outside after work. PURE satisfaction of just chillin..

But just before you get to close your eyes and dream about theese very moments, winter is here. It embraces every bone in your body, and nomatter how warm you dress.. its still cold. In this exact moment I open my eyes in a desperate confusion. What the hell am I doing in Norway?

To put it like this.. When ur fedup with the nightlife in Oslo, and had a shitty week - u cant really say no to a african confirmation party invitation. I wanted something new, and I got it served 10 minutes outside of Oslo. What a colorful & fun night.

I`ve actually never felt as blonde as i did yesterday.. 200 africans, 100 different national dresses, african food, african rhytmn and ofcourse Mia`s black humor inbetween it all! haha. Actually when we arrived the location, I had to ask my friend Denis "Is this a concert??" and he said "No Mia its my family" hahahha.. What a contrast from my confirmation celebration. 15 of us.. one table in our cute little livingroom back in Mo i Rana.. Wow imagine all the presents!

Well guys.. I recomend you to always try something new if it comes your way!! Its never scary to stand out in a crowd like I did yesterday.. Its pure excitement!! :)

Ahh.. It makes me sick. G and I went to a concert yesterday. The dead Norwegians were standing straight up, faced towards the stage, hands in their pockets and SILENCEEEE.. not even as much as a cheer for poor Kate Nash!! She even said it " I couldve whispered here".. Time passed by and my second drink finished. I raised my hand and screamed out.. WOOOHOOOO.. I mean, IT WAS A CONCERT FOR GODS SAKE!!! What happened?; a guy turned around "can u shut the fuck up". hahahaha.. G and I were in complete shock. We went to the back of the place, listened to one more song and left. Thats it.. We are moving to another place where people inspire & suprising things happens everyday. But where? Suggestions?

I guess I updated you guys on my NOsmoking upto week 3.. it was great. fresh breath, great skin,loads of energy. And then the partyseason came. parklife, travelling, inspiration, long nights with wine and along came the marlboro lights!! Shit!! I really enjoyed the no-smoking everyday. But now Im back.. But its not going to last forever I tell ya! Isnt temptation a bitch?? How do you deal with temptation when its illegal? Any tips? How do you get through the parties without smoking? I get it.. U just dont.. haha, okey time for a slap in my head.

Ladies and Gents, we are talking FUGAZZI. The place to be on a shitty saturday when all you want to do is dance dance dance. No time for flirting, no time for drinking. The music just drives u in on the dancefloor and makes u SHAKE THAT ASS!! Check it out next weekend. They sure blew me away

Weekendbreak.. holliday.. nothing better!..
Meeting new fantastic people, someone that inspires u, someone that makes u think differently about things or somebody that just give a u everlasting laugh.. Ive met those special someones, and getting back to reality is hard..

U see.. back home its G and I that really share a 100 % the same humor, the same thoughts and the same wishes, but over there in the other world we met 20 persons that were just like us. So when u come home from a trip like that, its kindof hard to find the inspiration u need to be satisfied.. dont u think?

Have u just dealt with the fact that u live a NORMAL everyday life when u want more excitement? Or are u living in one city when u actually want to live in another? Or did u just do it?? If u did.. please tell me how :)

Barcelona memories

Two years has past so fast.. 3 jobs, plenty of new friends, plenty of old friends has moved, 20 pair of new shoes, a whole new wardrobe, X country visited.. but it took incredible 2 years to finally meet up with all my fantastic Barcelona familymembers.
Thursday night, one week ago.. Wine, gossip and endless catchup.

We live in the same city...but yet.. 2 years. It made me think about how selfish we all are with our time. Busy here, busy there.. Its hard to belive I`ve been that busy to prioritise qualitytime with good old Bcn-family for the last 24 months. This will change my friends.. The truth is; I work 8 hours a day and go home or to the gym.. Atleast that what I used to do. From now on - PURE CATCHING UP WITH EVERYBODY worth catching up with. Just give me time,place and date.. Ill be there

Not only was it chaos.. it was sooo much fun being in the chaos!
H&M started their annualy "Fashion Against Aids" campaign today and this year they are going for the complete Festival look.
I am a lucky buyer of a tent and a sleepingbag for the sweet price of only 248,- . Its a must have for my campingplans for my 25`th birthday :)
Other than that they had fantastic tops, dresses and a fabolous jeans shorts!!

GO and have a LOOK! I think things will sell out very fast.

Yupp.. Who would have thought.. 4 weeks already without smoking. And it still feels great guys:) My skinn is glowing, my breath is like a dusin of fresh roses and Im ready to enter weekend number 4 as a PROUD NON SMOKER!

I had my first try on saturday.. what a program..
What do expect to see when you go in to a chat program?

The first thing that met me was a man mastrubating.. the second was a girl shaking her boobs, the third was a couple having sex and THEN the 4th was A NORMAL BOY!!I dont think a lot of people expects to see only naked people when they log on to a random chatprogram. Atleast; I didnt.. Its scary how this program doesnt have sensor at all.. and what scares me even more is all the children connected to this program. Today I saw 2 girls around 10 years old laughing infront of the camera. I can only imagine what camera was before me.

Parents, you need to watch out!! I can assure you that 30 % of the men mastrubating in this program, doesnt click "next" when its your child on the cam..

Wow.. time flyes by! Three weeks without smoking.. Here are the positiv effects
-Money saved
-I can clearly see a different in my skin. I look way more healthy
-My clothes smell fresh & so does my apartment
-I feel the nasty smell when people has smoked. I am not kidding when I say that they look like a ashtrey!!

I am so proud and happy that I have stopped.. and its going really well!! KNOCK ON WOOD!! My mum has even stopped, after XXXXXX years of smoking. And its going so good for her aswell.. Does it run in the blood?? Good at stopping to smoke? haha

The other day I was at a birthayparty and Lino joined me... and we said hello to a friend of a friend.. he acted weird towards Lino and just walked away after we said HEllo how are u? ... It turned out , he doesnt speak english!! Isnt that very weird?? To be 25, live in norway and you dont talk english? I dont understand it.. ??

Gosh how time flyes.. ten days without sigarettes.
hmh...actually, to be honest with u, the addiction is completely gone. I am more happy,more energetic, I dont really think about sigarettes and I definitly dont think about smoking one.Last weekends party was a little tough, other than that - I havent felt anything at all. Lets see how this weekend turns out!

I think the most important thing in a stop-smoking process is to be hard and honest with yourself. 1 drag is not worth it, and it might get you to fall back. Replace the siggis with other things.. like the gym.. and if it is food the first week, then so be it :)

So many people think that Oslo is just full of trash, big buildings & malls. But this says more about you than what it says about Oslo. As in every city in the world, we have to go a littlebit out from the center inorder to breath fresh air and to see green all around us. (except from Central Park New York ofcourse)
We are so priveliged in Oslo to live a 20 minute busride from the mountainside. Last sunday I brought my faithful mountainlover friends to Frognersetern. We walked through the woods, down to Sognsvann and home.All in all; a two and a half hour walk. Fantastic and recomended!!

Last weekend we were waiting for Bobby & Jas to come and visit us from Birmingham. But because of the ashes they couldnt come. It was so sad.. but in hope of having some fun the girls met in town saturday afternoon to have a nice lunch and catch up. AND GUESS WHAT WE MET ON OUR WAY; whats the ods?? A SIKH CELEBRATION!

What a sad ending to something that should`ve been a perfectt weekend!!
Bobbysox and Jasattack from Birmingham didnt show up afterall because of the ashes that has covered europe as a dark blanket. Monica got here before the vulcano, but had to leave on saturday instead of sunday with train. SO we ended up with no supriseparty & not so much fun. But I made the best out of the situation..

And guess what. Today I am day 8 without smoking. Not as much as a little drag. I am very proud. For those of you who wonder how I went through a party & a winenight without a sigarett, I can tell you that it wasent easy. But I have made a promise to myself and Im not breaking it. Besides.. Where is the glam with smelling like a ashtray?? we have enough ashes around the world now peeps! Lets not contribute to more !! :) Have a good day folks, and lets hope the dark skyes doesnt come to Norway.
